1. Who Provides the Service

EveryGen LLC, registered in the United States ("we", "us", or "our"), operates EveryGen AI at everygen-ai.com. These terms cover the website, AI Director, image and video tools, connected integrations, and related paid services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept them for that organization.

2. Accounts and Access

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be legally able to accept these terms; where parental or guardian authorization is required, obtain it before using the service. Creating children's story videos is a creator workflow, not an invitation for children to open unsupervised accounts.

You may use the service for your own permitted creative work. You may not transfer or resell access without authorization, compromise other accounts, bypass credit requirements, or interfere with the service. Features and available models may change; the current tool and checkout screens describe the options offered for a request.

3. Creative Work and AI Output

EveryGen provides AI Director for connected, multi-scene productions and dedicated tools for image generation, image editing, image-to-video, text-to-video, and video-to-video. AI Director's current project range is 15–180 seconds. Individual generators have separate model-specific limits.

You retain the rights you already hold in your uploads and prompts. You authorize us to store and process your inputs and outputs, and send necessary material to service providers, to deliver your requests, maintain your projects, and handle support or safety issues. Upload only material you have permission to use, including consent for relevant people's images and voices.

You may use generated output for personal or commercial purposes subject to these terms, applicable law, and any applicable model or third-party content restrictions. We do not promise that output is unique, eligible for copyright, or free of third-party rights. Review factual claims, product appearance, character continuity, and audio before publication. AI generation can produce errors and does not guarantee a particular creative result.

The EveryGen software, interface, brand, and documentation belong to EveryGen LLC or their respective licensors. Third-party models and materials remain subject to their owners' rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using EveryGen AI:

• Creating, uploading, requesting, or distributing sexually explicit content, sexually suggestive content, NSFW content, nudity, exploitative material, child sexual abuse material, graphic violence, hateful or harassing content, illegal activity, deepfakes, impersonation, non-consensual synthetic media, or content that infringes another person or organization's rights
• Generating videos containing illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Using the service to create deepfakes or non-consensual synthetic media
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to bypass any security features of the service
• Reselling or redistributing access to EveryGen AI without authorization

Your use of EveryGen AI is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Prices, Subscriptions, and Credits

The pricing page and checkout identify the selected plan, price, billing interval, and applicable credit allowance. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout unless canceled. You authorize the payment provider shown at checkout to process the selected purchase and any agreed recurring charges.

AI Director shows a quote before paid production. Credits may be reserved while work is in progress and settled against the work performed. Additional paid production or revisions require the applicable quote and authorization. A pending provider response is not necessarily a failed generation.

You can manage a subscription in billing settings or contact support. Check the cancellation confirmation for its effective date and access status. Canceling future billing does not itself refund previous charges. Credit validity and renewal allowances follow the purchased plan and account records; unused credits are not cash.

Purchases are final and non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. The Refund Policy explains payment-error review, cancellation, and the distinction between a payment refund and generation-credit adjustments. We will provide notice of price changes affecting ongoing subscriptions as required by law.

6. Privacy and Connected Services

The Privacy Policy explains how EveryGen LLC handles account, project, payment, and usage information. The Cookie Policy explains browser storage and analytics. External payment, login, storage, and AI providers may apply their own terms to their services.

Connecting an integration grants the permissions you approve. You can revoke that authorization in your account. Disconnecting an integration does not automatically delete stored projects or cancel a subscription.

7. Rights Complaints and Service Restrictions

To report alleged infringement or unauthorized use, email support with your contact details, the affected work, the relevant project or content location, and an explanation of your rights or authority to report. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. We may ask for supporting information and restrict content or accounts while reviewing a report.

We may suspend access for violations, security threats, fraud, or legal requirements. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. Account closure does not remove payment obligations already incurred or records that must be retained by law.

8. Service Limitations and Legal Rights

The service and AI output are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, suitability for a specific purpose, and non-infringement. To that same extent, EveryGen LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful uploads, infringement of others' rights, or breach of these terms.

9. Disputes and Changes

Send service or billing disputes to support with the relevant account and transaction information so we can investigate. This contact process does not prevent you from exercising rights or seeking remedies available under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and legally applicable court-jurisdiction rules continue to apply.

We will publish revisions on this page with an updated date and provide additional notice when required. A change to this page does not remove rights attached to an earlier transaction under applicable law.
