AI Pricing, Credits and Billing FAQ
Can I try EveryGen for free?
New accounts get 10 credits for image and video tools. Studio, AI Motion Graphics and Short Clone require a paid plan or credit pack.
What does every paid plan include?
Studio videos, animated explainers, image and video tools, watermark-free output and commercial use. Higher tiers add credits, quality options, parallel generations and privacy.
How much can I create?
Estimates use all credits for one choice and cannot be combined. Clip examples use Seedance 1.5 Pro at 4s/480p without audio or Seedance 2.5 at 5s/720p without video references; images use GPT Image 2.5 at 1K/Medium/1:1. Other settings and edits change the count. Daily image allowances are separate. Studio output depends on your project.
What images are included with Pro and Ultra?
GPT Image 2.5, GPT Image 2, Nano Banana 2 and Grok Imagine share a daily allowance. Images within it use no credits; standard credit prices apply afterward. Your generator shows the remaining allowance. Fair use applies.
Monthly, annual or credit packs?
Monthly credits last 30 days without rollover. Annual plans charge once and grant all credits upfront, valid for 365 days. Credit packs are one-time purchases valid for 365 days, with no renewal or subscription-only upgrades.
What about edits or failed generations?
New generations and paid edits use credits; Studio chat and planning can also use credits. Confirmed failed operations return the affected credits; completed work remains chargeable. Credit returns are separate from payment refunds.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel renewal in billing settings before the next charge. Cancellation does not refund earlier payments. Purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law; contact [email protected] about incorrect or duplicate charges.
Can I use my work commercially?
Paid subscriptions include commercial use, subject to our terms and model-specific restrictions.
