Who Is Responsible for Your Information

EveryGen LLC, registered in the United States, operates EveryGen AI at everygen-ai.com and is responsible for the personal information described here. This policy covers the website, creation tools, AI Director, connected integrations, and support. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or requests.

Information and Purposes

• Account and login: account identifiers, name, email, profile information supplied by your sign-in provider, and authentication records help us sign you in and protect your account.
• Creative projects: prompts, scripts, uploaded images, videos, audio, documents, generated outputs, project settings, and task records are processed to plan and produce your work and let you continue it later.
• Transactions: orders, subscription status, credit balances, credit usage, payment-provider identifiers, and billing records support purchases and reconciliation. Payment details are handled by the checkout provider; our application uses transaction records rather than collecting full card numbers in its own forms.
• Support: messages and supporting materials you send are used to investigate requests, billing problems, and rights complaints.
• Usage and device information: page visits, feature events, browser or device information, and security logs help operate, protect, and understand use of the service. Browser storage is described in our Cookie Policy.

AI Providers and Other Recipients

To fulfill a creation request, necessary prompts, reference media, speech text, or project context are sent to the configured providers for the selected capability. Providers can include image/video services such as KIE and ByteDance Ark, audio services such as ElevenLabs, and the language-model service used by AI Director. The provider used depends on the model, task, and available configuration.

Hosting, storage, sign-in, email, payment, and configured analytics services also process information needed for their functions. We may disclose relevant records when required by law or to investigate fraud, security incidents, and rights complaints. We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing a generated file or its link with others can make that material accessible to them.

This policy does not promise that every external AI provider has identical retention or training practices. Contact us before submitting confidential or sensitive material if you need details about the provider for a particular workflow.

Connected ChatGPT and Codex Plugin

When you connect the EveryGen plugin, we receive the account permissions you approve and the prompts, selected files and tool parameters you deliberately send to EveryGen. We do not request or reconstruct your complete chat history. The plugin may return your profile label, available credits, selected assets, project status and requested outputs to the host application.

We use these inputs to provide the requested creation. Depending on the chosen capability, necessary text or reference media is processed by our configured image/video providers (such as KIE or ByteDance Ark), the ElevenLabs audio provider, and our storage/hosting providers. AI Director also sends the project context needed for planning to its configured language-model provider. Provider use depends on the selected model and available configuration.

Project inputs and outputs are retained in your EveryGen account so you can continue the project. Quotes expire after ten minutes. Expiration prevents a new purchase with that quote; it does not delete project or transaction records. Authorization codes expire after ten minutes and are single-use; access tokens last up to five minutes, and refresh tokens up to thirty days. We retain billing and essential security records as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of account, project and associated input/output data at [email protected], subject to those obligations. Disconnecting the plugin does not delete your projects.

We record limited operational events such as authorization changes and generation outcomes to operate the integration and reconcile credits. Plugin analytics events do not contain prompts, file contents or authentication tokens. You can revoke an authorization through your connected-app settings in EveryGen, and disconnect the plugin in ChatGPT or Codex. The plugin does not collect payment-card details or offer checkout.

Chrome and Firefox Browser Extensions

The EveryGen extensions connect to your EveryGen account through the website's authorization flow. They store connection tokens, your account identifier and profile name, your available service-credit balance, and the current generation request in extension-local storage. A request includes the prompt, settings, credit ceiling, request identifier, task status, quoted or used credits, and output links. This information supports generation, progress recovery and previews. The credit information is an EveryGen service balance; the extensions do not collect payment-card numbers, bank details or checkout credentials.

Your submitted prompt and settings are sent to EveryGen and processed by the creation providers described above. Previews request the generated media from its HTTPS storage or delivery provider. The extensions do not inspect other browser tabs, page content, browsing history, bookmarks or website cookies, and do not contain model-provider API keys. They send no separate browser telemetry; the website and API continue to record the account, security and generation events described in this policy.

Disconnecting revokes the saved refresh token and removes local account and current-request data. It does not cancel an accepted generation, delete stored projects or sign out the website. You can revoke the server authorization in your EveryGen connected-app settings.

Retention and Security

We retain account information and project inputs, outputs, and task history to provide the service and allow project continuation. Billing and essential security records may need to remain after a project or account is deleted for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Retention depends on the record's purpose and applicable requirements; a quote expiring is not a deletion request.

Access controls and authentication protect account operations. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You can update available profile information, manage connected-app permissions, and control browser storage. To request access, correction, a copy of your information, or deletion of your account or project data, email support from the account address and describe the request. We may need to verify your identity without asking for passwords or full payment-card details.

Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, or complain to a competent privacy regulator. We assess requests under the law that applies to you and explain relevant limitations. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing already lawfully performed. Closing an account and canceling a subscription are separate actions; contact support if you need both.

International Processing and Legal Grounds

Our service providers may process information in countries different from yours. The location depends on the provider and selected capability. Contact support for information relevant to your request. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing is tied to delivering the requested service, applicable legal obligations, legitimate service and security interests subject to the required balancing, or consent where required. International transfers must meet applicable legal requirements.

Children and Story Content

Children's animated stories are a creative use case for account holders. They do not require uploading a child's personal information. If you believe a child's information was submitted without legally required authorization, contact support so we can investigate and handle deletion where required.

Selected Media and Connected Account Records

When you submit a generation, we process your prompt and selected reference media to create and save the result. Necessary content is shared with the selected creation providers, which may include MiniMax, Google and the other providers listed above. Browsing examples or editing a local story brief does not upload your content.

Connected clients use verified sign-in and retain the credentials needed for your session in protected client storage. Account identifiers, sign-in records, IP addresses and client information support account security. Account, generation and purchase events also help us understand service use. Connected clients do not send separate advertising-tracking telemetry.

Where Apple handles a purchase, Apple processes payment details. We verify the transaction and retain the credit receipt with your Everygen account, rather than collecting payment-card details. Credits purchased through Apple do not expire. Verified account deletion removes account access and associated creative data and revokes linked Apple sign-in authorization. Provider retention and legally required financial and security records remain subject to the terms above.
